Call Day #77, 8/3/14
Oliver has been sick this week so I didn't want to put him in the nursery at church. We discovered some toys in a teacher workroom and played with them during Sunday school instead.
Then, during the sermon, we hung out in the lobby with snacks and a ball.
Trucks too.
Oliver enjoyed the air vents.
We recently got a new game, Scrambled States of America, and Eleanor wants to play it a lot.
The girls still have nap/quiet/rest time every day. In the past few days, Eleanor rediscovered our train set and has been playing with it while she listens to Adventures in Odyssey.
Claire has been trying to master 100 piece puzzles. She can almost do a whole one by herself during nap time.
When I asked the kids what would make today a "Sunday Funday" they picked watching a new movie from Aunt Linda and eating popcorn.
This evening we got together with the people in our shepherding group at church for dinner and playtime at a park.
Oliver wasn't sure about the dogs some friends brought. One moment he was scared of them.
The next he loved them and wanted to pet them.
It seems like we just got his hair cut not long ago but it's growing long again.
Eleanor and some of her many friends there.
