Call Day #71, 7/7/14

The girls got back from a week with Nanny and Papa right before bed last night. This morning they were quick to find the package from Aunt Linda that has been waiting for them.

Checking out new movies. Bet we'll be watching them soon!

This big girl surprised me be picking up the playroom by herself without being asked! The playroom that Oliver had made messy while she was gone that I had not bothered to pick up. Go, Eleanor!

This morning we went to a science program at the library. Science demonstrations are always entertaining.

Eleanor definitely enjoyed watching but was quick to put her hands over her ears just in case (even though the lady doing the experiments had said she would warn us if anything was going to be noisy).

Watching intently because there were huge bubbles! The people around us noticed him excitedly saying "bub-ble."

When you drive past Pelican's on the way to the library, it's hard to say no to the polite requests to stop. Claire always shares a good portion of hers with Oliver.

We're working harder on cleaning up rooms after rest time. Claire wanted to leave out her puzzles to show Daddy but was happy to put them away after I took a picture of them.

We made dinner before we headed to swim practice. They were good helpers because we made beans and corn muffins, one of their favorites that we only make when Daddy's gone. While we were off to swim, Papa finished getting dinner ready and then helped with bedtime. It's very nice to have him staying with us and helping out!
