Call Day #115, 6/7/15

Claire and Oliver hide/pretend to sleep behind an armchair in a corner of the living room.

While drying his hands, Oliver noticed there were two towels hanging on the stove in the kitchen. He asked to play with them. Soon after he told me "I am butterfly" while flapping his towel-wings and running around the house.

There was a picnic after church today complete with snow cones and a bouncy house. No pictures of the girls because they were running all around with their friends.

Tonight we went to the Greek Festival. The girls watched some kids their ages doing traditional dances.

Eating a pita.

Eating Papa's loukoumades (Greek donut)?

We came to experience the crafts, dancing, the sanctuary of the Greek church, and food. We may have ended up spending the most time with some hula hoops set out for playing. Eleanor kept the hula hoop for a short time.

Nanny teaches how to use the hoop on your wrist.

Claire figures it out.

Oliver just wants to throw the hoops. Or else "fight" with them, banging his hula hoop against someone else's.

Second bouncy house of the day.
