Call Day #114, 6/5/15

Looking grown up.

While running errands, we stopped to see Nanny and get some paint. Claire has been painting so much lately, including throughout quiet time each day, that we had run out of several colors.

Oliver was happy to play with a "doo doo ain" (choo choo train).

It's always exciting for the kids to use the sample machine at Sam's. Even better today since it was dispensing gummy snacks.

The girls have swim team practice every weekday afternoon. Eleanor's been working on the breaststroke a lot this week.

Oliver still likes to play on the stairs.

Getting ready to push off for backstroke.

Smiling backstroke.

This is Claire's first year on swim team. She's doing a great job.

Friday swim practices are a bit different from the rest of the week's practices. There are a lot of games involved, especially for the 6-and-under group which Claire is a part of. They played "splash contest" to see who could make the biggest splash jumping off the blocks.

Eleanor's group didn't play splash contest. This is just how she "dives" into the water.

Popsicles after practice! No wonder they're eager for another Friday practice.

Oliver has a hard time squeezing the popsicle up but knows there's good "juice" at the bottom of the tube. He even tried his sisters' popsicles after they got back in the pool in case there was some they missed.

Smiley!
